We want you to be completely satisfied! We're happy to offer returns on full-priced items, in unused condition, purchased on this website within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition (unused, with tags, and in original packaging). All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or any special order requests.
We are unable to accept returns for Fluf items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please start a return for the item that you do not wish to keep, and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Returns are processed within 4-6 business days of receipt, sometimes sooner. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus the shipping charges. It can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If your refund has not appeared within a couple of weeks of your refund confirmation email, please contact your bank directly.
Please note that for international returns, we are unable to refund duties and/or fees paid to customs as part of the initial order.
