Shipping / Returns

You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been placed. Most orders will ship within 2 business days. If the product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will let you know right away. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive another email with tracking information.
SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $70 (before tax).
A flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 is charged on all orders less than $70.

We offer delivery only throughout Canada and the continental United States at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipping to addresses within Canada will ship out of Toronto, and orders shipping to addresses in the U.S. will ship out of Michigan (there are no additional brokerage or duty charges imposed upon delivery).

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx Ground. Packages typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, after they leave our warehouse. We do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives fast! However, we do not guarantee any time frame and your products may take longer. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

All prices are stated in Canadian Dollars.

Applicable provincial and federal sales taxes will be added to orders shipping to destinations within Canada. No Canadian tax is added to products shipping to destinations outside of Canada.
RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied! You are welcome to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the purchase date, provided that the product is in its original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and product tag(s).
We’ll refund your card for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will be shipped to you at no additional cost. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

To return or exchange an item, please e-mail us at orders@fluf.ca with the ORDER NUMBER and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will send you a return authorization number (RA #) and return shipping address. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges without an RA #. The RA # must be clearly written on the box or package.
For your security, please ship your package with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS Parcel Post) that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of delivery, and retain your receipt. Fluf is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Packages must be sent with freight prepaid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns for Fluf items purchased at locations other than this site, either through another on-line retailer or through a retail store.

All Fluf products have a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear. Please send an email to orders@fluf.ca with your original order number, and a photo of the defect. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement.
